Neoprene swim vest with removable swim wings, making it perfect for children who are learning to swim. The vest can be used without the wings, but the wings should not be used without the vest. Made from 80% neoprene and 20% polyester. Lined with 100% EPE foam. This is not lifesaving equipment. Should only be used in water where the child can touch the bottom. Does not protect against drowning. Use only under constant supervision and not during boating.
